Spent years on the front lines of high-ticket sales: hiring closers, building pipelines, and training teams that consistently perform. Understands the revenue side of every business we touch because he has built and scaled it himself. When we install a Sales OS, he is the one who designed it.

Our story
We started in the coaching and info product market. Not as consultants watching from the sidelines, but as operators running the businesses: managing sales teams, building funnels, tracking collections, and trying to make sense of data scattered across 15 tools.
That is where we built the first version of the operating system. Out of necessity. The tools did not exist, so we built them. The data was not connected, so we connected it. The processes were manual, so we automated them.
If systems work in a chaotic business with no processes, constant team turnover, and founder-dependent operations, they work anywhere. We have since expanded to fintech, SaaS, B2B operations, and e-commerce. The patterns are the same. The solutions transfer.
Today, Outscaled is an AI-first infrastructure company. We consult, we build, we operate. And when we see a business where the infrastructure can genuinely change the trajectory, we invest and help guide the path to scale or exit.
